We do not offer a money back guarantee, however if you wish to exchange an unused product for a superior model in the range we can arrange this and you will be charged the prevailing collection fee together with a $50 checking/repacking fee and the difference in cost of the superior product selected.

Misuse and/or failure to follow manufacturer’s / owner service procedures will void your warranty.
