Delivery is calculated on a per item basis, accordingly if you are purchasing multiple items for delivery it may be worth contacting us or free phone 0508 243 629 to see if we can apply a discount to your order.

On acceptance of your order we aim to deliver the product(s) within 2 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there is a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale. Certain promotions may have differing delivery times. Please see your individual terms and conditions for more information.

If no-one is in when the couriers call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your order. You must then follow the instructions on the card. One redelivery attempt may be scheduled at that stage; if no instruction is received the couriers will automatically reattempt delivery the next working day. Propress will not pay the cost of a second redelivery attempt.

Orders will be delivered by post or courier depending on size and weight, we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 2 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
